What's dropping and when?
There will be a weekly drop with 20 to 30 watches each time, every piece will be posted in advance on our Instagram and TikTok, please keep an eye out to preview and prepare to get your favourites!
Tipically, our drops will be on Sundays at 6PM UK TIME.
Will there be restocks?
Restocks are extremely rare but not impossible, please do keep an eye on our socials to spot your gems.
Shipping and deliveries
Ymra gems are shipped worldwide and the shipping prices will appear at checkout, all orders are shipped within 2 days from ordering and are
- next day delivery for all UK orders

3 to 7 days for international orders
Royal Mail is our shipping provider and I will send over tracking details where possible
All sales are final, so returns are not accepted.
What if my package is lost or not received?
We provide tracking for all packages to ensure safety. However, once the package is scanned through the system, we are not responsible for any lost packages. Please contact your local mail provider for assistance.
What if my watch arrives broken?
We carefully inspect and safley package all watches before shipping. If you believe the damage occurred prior to shipping, please contact us. Note that we are not responsible for damage during shipping.
Custom Charges Notice
Please be aware that when ordering you may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees determined by your country's customs regulations. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover or prepay any customs charges. Kindly review your local customs policies before placing an order. Refusal to pay customs charges may result in return or non-delivery of your order and you may not be refunded.
Do the watches you sell work?
The majority of our gems might require a simple battery change, while others might be too old to repair. None of the watches is tested and therefore there is no guarantee of them working: our watches are more for style than practical timekeeping. Please read the descriptions on each watch.
How do I know the size of the watch?
The watch length will be provided in the item description, some watches are adjustable whilst other can have links taken out by professionals. If a watch cannot be adjusted, this will be in the description.
